In 2024, The Falls underwent a comprehensive redevelopment, which included enhancements to its interiors, such as upgraded lighting, handrails, columns, and waterscape elements. Visitors can now enjoy leisurely strolls along the covered one-level walkways, set against the backdrop of lush tropical foliage and million-gallon waterscape. Additionally, Life Time—a luxury fitness center offering a resort-style country club experience—attracts over 3,000 members daily to the center.
Recent additions to The Falls include renowned national retailers such as lululemon, TOUS, JD Sports, G by Guess, and LoveSac. The center also features popular brands like Apple, Macy's, Bath & Body Works, Coach, Hollister, LIDS, Madison Reed, Pandora, Sephora, and Victoria’s Secret/Pink, with Purificación Garcia and Mango set to soon join. Entertainment offerings include Regal Cinemas, Timebox Escape Room, and Arcade Time Entertainment.
